HOW TO ORDER
1. Please add your chosen products to your cart.
2. Check out and pay by your preferred method.
3. A tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you to submit for your NDIS claim.
Please let us know if you require additional info on your invoice for your self-managed claim. Email ndis@graceandmaggie.com.au
You send an invoice for approval and payment is by your NDIS Plan Manager.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Please add your chosen products to your cart.
2. View the cart page graceandmaggie.com.au/cart and scroll down below the checkout buttons.
3. Fill in the "NDIS Customer Information" form. Be sure to include your NDIS Participant Number, Name and Shipping Address. Submit the form and an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 business hours for you to forward to your Plan Manager for approval and payment.
Your Plan Manager will assess whether your order is suitable for your unique NDIS plan. Once your payment and remittance is received, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.
HOW TO ORDER
Access our app at checkout by creating an account. You can check eligibility at checkout by simply adding your details in the online form provided. You'll recive approval within a few minutes.Â
Your orders are processed through the NDIS portal either directly through the My Care Access App or complete a service agreement and we will process for you.
