Warranty and Returns

Our playmats come with a 6 month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use including pets, shoes, harsh cleaning products and sharp objects.  Please ensure you inspect your playmat on arrival. Any manufacturer faults should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Change of mind

Please contact us to arrange a return for change of mind within 14 days of receipt. Your play mat must be in unopened, unused condition and in the original box with all straps and tags attached. Returns for change of mind must be at the customers expense so please choose carefully.

Product Faults

In the unlikely event that your play mat arrives and is less than perfect condition please contact us at so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Once your item has been returned and inspected we will make contact regarding the progress of your return.

To process your return we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase.


All orders (available stock)  will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Please ensure your address is correct as orders will be shipped via courier with ATL (authority to leave) unless otherwise stated in order notes. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to the size of the boxes.
