All Snuggle Rugs have been vacuum-sealed for easy shipping and may take a few days to fully expand to its original shape and softness.

• Expansion: Allow 48–72 hours for the rug to fully expand after unrolling.
• Wrinkles:For smoothness, use a low-heat iron with a cotton towel over the rug or gently steam it.

Care Instructions

• Daily Care: Vacuum the rug regularly to keep it dust-free and fresh. This will also help preserve the colors and texture.
• Spill Management: If any liquid spills, quickly wipe it with a damp, soapy cloth. Thanks to the rug’s anti-spill technology, liquids won’t soak in immediately, making it easier to clean.
• Stain Removal: For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent on a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the rug’s surface.
• Avoid Machine Washing: Machine washing or soaking the rug is not recommended, as it can damage the foam. Stick to spot cleaning for the best care.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to the size of the boxes.
